Returns & Refunds Policy

Notice: Returns are not free; customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are unable to process direct exchanges, but you can return the product following these instructions:

Can I return my order? Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receiving them. Please ensure the following conditions are met for the return to be accepted:

  • The order must include all relevant parts and components, and the packaging must be in its original condition.
  • The product must show only normal handling; damage due to careless handling is excluded.
  • Products that are essential for hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  • Defective products upon receipt are also eligible for return.

 

How do I return my order? If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Send an email to info@cavabienboutique.com with the following information:

    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • A photo of the product if it was damaged
    • Customer's first and last name
    • Customer's address
  2. Contact us for the return address. Do not send the return to the sender's address. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Cancellation Policy: Consumers have the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the last item.
  • Due to our fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the delivery process until the order is delivered. Once the order is delivered, returns are possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, CavaBienBoutique, of your decision to cancel this contract with a clear statement. The withdrawal becomes effective once we have received the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Consequences of Withdrawal: If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us). The refund will be made without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received the returned item. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

Recording Shipments in Transit: As our goods are shipped from overseas, delivery times may be extended, which is beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then send them back to us. You can, of course, inform us of your cancellation in advance.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE.
